Tour de France's 10th stage gets under way |

MACON, France (AP) - Tour de France riders were back on their bikes after a tumultuous rest day and heading toward the Alps in the 10th stage.
Bradley Wiggins of Britain was in the yellow jersey for a third straight day for the 121-mile ride from Macon-sur-Valserine.
The return to racing Wednesday comes a day after the Cofidis team suspended French rider Remy Di Gregorio following his arrest by police in a doping probe.
His Cofidis teammates rode to the start without responding to questions about the arrest.
