BRIVE-LA-GAILLARDE, France (AP) - Mark Cavendish of Britain has won the 18th stage of the Tour de France in a sprint as Bradley Wiggins retained the yellow jersey.
Friday's ride along four small hills took the pack along 222.5 kilometers (138 miles) from Blagnac to Brive-la-Gaillarde. Wiggins appears likely to win when the three-week race finishes in Paris on Sunday.
