Mineswept takes the Big A feature

NEW YORK (AP) - Mineswept beat Wise Stop by 1 1/2 lengths Sunday in the $54,000 allowance feature for New York breds at Aqueduct.

Apprentice jockey Ryan Curatolo guided the 5-year-old trained by David Jacobson to his fifth win in 20 starts. The time was 1:11.16 for the six furlongs on the fast track.

Mineswept paid $9.70, $5.30 and $3.60. Wise Stop returned $5 and $3.10, and Coaltown Legend paid $3 to show.
