Kenya's Chebet, Mexico's Fernandez win NYC Marathon
Joseph Chebet, the runner-up the last two years, used a powerful finishing kick Sunday to win the New York City Marathon. And Adriana Fernandez, who also finished second last year, won the women's division with the second-fastest time in race history.
