North Carolina coach Roy Williams joined the show to talk about his season and the upcoming game against Duke.

Williams addressed a recent story about him getting upset at fans who called into his radio show and criticized the Heels. "I'm not as thick skinned as I should be I let things bother me that should be. I'm naive," Williams said. "That was a mistake on my part. I have no problem saying it."

Williams said that he should have kept it in, but that's not him. "Old Roy is human as he could possibly be," Williams said.

The Tar Heels got blown away at Duke last season. He said they're more confident this time around. "We're in a better frame of mind," Williams said.

Dan asked how they beat Duke. "If we make a bunch ... and I mean a bunch of shots," Williams said.

Williams also commented on the Duke-UNC rivalry. He said he loves it and the fact the bar is raised higher for both teams. Williams said he likes Coach K, but doesn't socialize with him because he doesn't play golf. "How can you trust someone who doesn't play golf?" Williams said. But he didn't mean it as a slight to Coach K.

Matthew Perry joined the show to talk about his new show Mr. Sunshine and more.

Dan asked Matthew about sports guests on his new show, which is about running an arena.

"Jimmy Connors has a good role in the show," Perry said. "The beauty of creating a television show is being able to ask whoever you want to be in the show.

Dan asked if he was honored that Justin Bieber used Chandler Bing as an alias. "It's flattering, but it makes me feel very old," Perry said.

Dan asked Perry if there will be a Friends movie. "There's been a ton of talk in the media," Perry said. "But none of it between us."

Syracuse coach Jim Boeheim joined the show to talk about his season and more.

Dan asked Boeheim if any teams have stood out this season as truly elite. "I've never seen it this close," Boeheim said. "As much as I like Ohio State and Kansas, I could see either one of them or both of them not making the Final Four."

Boeheim said that because of stars leaving early for the NBA, you don't have super-teams any more. "I think college basketball has gotten closer and closer," Boeheim said.

Boeheim had very interesting comments on Jimmer Fredette, who he scouted in high school. He thinks Fredette developed a lot because he could play immediately. He thinks Fredette has a bright NBA future.

Boeheim weighed in on the report his player Scoop Jardine was involved in point shaving. He said that there's nothing to it, and this shows the downside of blogs, because stories stick around even when there's no basis to them.

Actor Josh Duhamel, the husband of The Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie, joined Dan to discuss the big game and the halftime show and his upcoming Transformers movie.

- Duhamel watched the game with Fergie's parents and some friends in a luxury box at the game.

- Duhamel wasn't nervous about watching his wife perform, but rather making sure he got it all recorded on his camera. He was sitting so high up that he ended up watching the game on the Jumbotron.

- Duhamel is a Vikings fan, but he was rooting for the Packers. He actually likes both teams, but was very impressed with Aaron Rodgers, who he thinks threw only two uncatchable balls the whole game.

-Dan asked Duhamel about whether he'd take over for Regis as morning talk-show host and Duhamel laughed off the rumor. He's suggested Jerry O'Connell, but he has no say in the matter. Dan said that he's too old to host the show.

- Fergie hopped on the phone and said that she felt her performance was a little "pitchy" and she was nervous as hell before the show. She also said that Axl Rose is one of her vocal idols so she loved playing that song.
