BIOGRAPHY: Two year starter awarded all-Conference honors after his sophomore and junior seasons.

POSITIVES: Strong and powerful small area blocker who plays with a nasty attitude. Blocks with good pad level, gets leverage on opponents and works until the whistle blows. Immediately gets his hands into defenders and jolts them with excellent punch. Stays square, anchors at the point or easily turns defenders from the action.

NEGATIVES: Lacks adjustment, stiff and struggles to finish blocks. Must do a better job consistently playing with knee bend throughout the action. Marginally effective in motion.

ANALYSIS: Rachel offers size, growth potential and a lot of possibilities at the next level. He needs to improve his flexibility and the details of his position yet could develop into a starter two seasons down the road.
