NEGATIVES: Lacks top first-step quickness, does not show a burst to the action, and handled at the point by opponents. Marginal instincts and slow locating the ball.

ANALYSIS: Jackson comes off a disappointing senior campaign in which more was expected of him. His best opportunity at the next level could come as a situational pass-rusher.
