He is a big physical DS that has a stronger resemblance to a LB. He is another big hitter that is much better versus the run than pass and he loves to come up and mix it up inside. He is a good open field tackler, an asset in run support, but he is a liability in m/m coverage. He lacks deep speed and does not have the skills or burst to match up properly. Some NFL teams project him as an OLB and his best role may be as a nickel OLB and special teams performer. He is an outstanding physical football player with limited skills in the passing game, but he should be a nice NFL fit, if used properly. He is, however, coming off a disappointing senior year and his stock has dropped a little bit.
