There is a big drop off after Woody, but Ruegamer is a solid blue-collar type player. His best asset may be his versatility as he has played OT and OG in his college career. He has good but not great overall skills. He is a solid pass blocker with a fairly good set and balance and has some nice mirror qualities. He is not a power player at this stage and gets by on position and is almost a finesse type blocker. He is rarely on the ground, is a solid technician and has the ability to adjust in space. He is not a real effective inside mauler, but if he can "chip" and angle block, he is very effective. He is a perfect candidate for a 6th OL on the NFL level that can fill in on a lot of spots and he plays with a lot of leadership and efficiency.
