Patient, keeps defenders in front of him and displays footwork sliding out off the edge. Smart, remains aware of assignments and anchors at the point. Jolts defenders with good hand punch and gets after assignments. Solid position blocker who seals defenders from the action on running downs.

Negatives: Not quick out to the second level blocking in motion. Lacks the dominant strength needed to finish blocks.

Analysis: Beachum was productive, durable and a consistent performer on the college level. He's a fundamentally sound lineman who offers potential as a backup at any of the three interior blocking positions.
