PLAYERS
Biography: Three-year starter who finished with 57 tackles/11 tackles for loss/6 sacks as a senior after putting up junior totals of
54/14/9. Sophomore numbers included 53/14/9. All-conference selection after his sophomore and junior campaigns.
Positives: Playmaking defensive end coming off a disappointing season. Explosive off the snap, effective when he plays with good pad level and fluid moving in all directions of the field. Easily alters his angle of attack, slides off blocks and collapses down the line to get to the action. Beats blockers with his quick first step, displays a good spin move and chases the action hard. Negatives: Easily has his legs taken out from underneath him at times. Must do a better job protecting himself. Occasionally plays tall and easily neutralized by opponents. Average closing burst. Analysis: Miller was very productive on the college level yet did not elevate his game as a senior. He possesses average size/speed numbers for the next level but could be a quality end for an NFL team if he gets his game back on track. Projection: 7th |
