SAO PAULO, Sept 26 (AFP) - Brazil coach Wanderley Luxemburgo said here on Tuesday he was still in charge amid rumours of his possible dismissal after being knocked out of the Olympics.

Luxemburgo said the Brazilian football federation president Ricardo Teixeira had not contacted him and that he was looking ahead to their forthcoming matches.

Luxemburgo, met by 150 mainly disgruntled football fans, left Sao Paulo airport quickly.

Brazil were knocked out by Cameroon in the Sydney Olympic games.
