Rivals reunited

Manchester United and Bayern Munich have thrown up some of the classic battles in the Champions League in recent seasons, and Friday's second group stage draw throws the English and German champions together once again. But both will be happier to have been placed with Nantes and Boavista in Group A rather than Group B where Barcelona, Liverpool, Galatasaray and Roma look set for a four-way fight for the two quarterfinal berths.
