CNNSI Host: Welcome to today's Super Bowl chat with Packers WR Antonio Freeman. How are you Antonio?
Antonio Freeman: Thanks for inviting me, and I'm doing fine. I'm enjoying the weather.
From Balt_CFL_Colt_fan: Mr. Freeman, what is your favorite Super Bowl moment or memory?
Antonio Freeman: My 81-yard touchdown when we won the Super Bowl against the Patriots. And holding the Lombardi trophy at the end of the Super Bowl -- the moment that made it a reality that we were world champions.
From Rob: How is the team shaping up for next season?
Antonio Freeman: We finished strong and on a good note. Hopefully, we can use that momentum and get off to a fast start next year. We can win late in the season when it is cold that is not a problem. We just have to win early in the season -- get off to a fast start.
From bsmooth: Antonio, do you think Ron Dayne will be a factor today?
Antonio Freeman: Yes, I think he will have to be a factor because Tiki Barber will take a pounding from that Ravens defense. They will need a change of pace against that defense.
From STB: Do you think that you guys are looking good to be a winning team next year?
Antonio Freeman: Yes, we have the makings of a good team. Free agency will play a big role in that. We are strong finishers; we just have to start off strong.
From Balt_CFL_Colt_fan: Antonio, what would you do to attack either of these excellent defenses?
Antonio Freeman: The Ravens don't want to take their linebackers out of the game so it would give you a good matchup on the fourth receiver.
From pack: Do you think Brett Favre is still the best QB in the league? How would you rate Mike Sherman's first year?
Antonio Freeman: Yes, I feel strongly that Brett is still one of the best QB's in the league. Coach Sherman had a winning record of 9-7, so that is a plus for any first-year coach. But with the talent we have, expectations are still a littler higher than 9-7.
From sup: Do you think that you will get someone that can protect your QB next year?
Antonio Freeman: We have two rookie tackles who, as the season went on, gained confidence. I think they did a pretty good job for us.
From Eric: Your future with the Pack looks good. Do you see yourself beating Don Hutson's career receiving totals?
Antonio Freeman: I would like to have a healthy career and if I can maintain my health anything is possible.
From pack: Are you looking forward to finishing your career with the Packers?
Antonio Freeman: Yes, I'd like to finish where I started. Of course, as long as Brett is my QB that helps. You just have to wait and see what kind of impact free agency has.
From giants1: Freeman, who's gonna win tonight?
Antonio Freeman: Whichever offense makes the least mistakes.
From Jfunk1: As a player, do you think you're under-appreciated by the media about your talent?
Antonio Freeman: Oh sure, definitely, because when your team isn't winning the critics really come out. And with two coaching changes in the last two years, I think it has effected my numbers. And with my high salary, who else would take those hits from the critics but me.
CNNSI Host: That's all the time we have today with Green Bay's Antonio Freeman. Thanks for joining us today and enjoy the Super Bowl.
Antonio Freeman: Thank you for having me and enjoy the game.
